CPF Home Inspections Captures 2nd Open Division Title at 41st Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce
CPF Home Inspections of Chesterland, Ohio, emerged victorious as the Open Division Champions at the 41st Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce, sponsored by Firelands Auto Group and hosted by the Wickliffe Italian-American Club.
In a thrilling finals match filled with big runs and dramatic momentum shifts, CPF Home Inspections defeated North Country Graphics of Rome, New York, by a score of 16–13. CPF jumped out to an early 9–2 advantage, fueled by a pair of three-point frames. NCG responded with an 11–2 run of their own, seizing a 13–11 lead late in the match. However, CPF regrouped in the closing frames, securing the decisive points to complete a 16–13 victory and capture their second Open Division title in three years (2023 & 2025).
The championship roster featured Tony Melaragno Sr., Pete Barac, Joe Zdesar, and Chris Federico, whose steady play and resilience carried the team to the title.

Dirty 30 Achieves “3-Peat” in Ladies Division at 41st Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce
Dirty 30 of Warren, Ohio, captured its third consecutive Ladies Division championship at the 41st Cleveland Challenge Cup of Bocce, sponsored by Firelands Auto Group and hosted by the Wickliffe Italian-American Club.
In a rematch of last year’s finals, which Dirty 30 won 16–10, the defending champions once again prevailed over Crane Memorial, this time by a 16–12 margin in a hard-fought battle. Dirty 30 jumped ahead with several key scoring frames and held their composure as Crane Memorial mounted a late push. Their resilience and steady play ultimately carried them across the finish line, completing a remarkable championship run with titles in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The championship roster featured Leslie Readman, Jolene Marcello, Denise Romanchek, and Tina Hogue, whose teamwork and consistency proved decisive in extending their dominance on one of bocce’s biggest stages.
